Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declares that he would not alter his Decision on Failure to pay Salaries to the People´s Deputies during the Days of the Parliament Blocking
"I have signed the resolution on failure to pay salaries and I will withdraw it", - V. Lytvyn declared during the press-conference in Vinnytsia on Monday.
V. Lytvyn mentioned that the members of the Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine may "express in turns on the fact that I violate the rights but this Committee might have adopted the decision on intolerability of the parliament tribune blocking".
"Due to some mysterious reasons, the Committee does not care bout this fact, but the issue on salaries pay is the most essential for their scrutiny", - he informed.
As it was announced previously, during 28-29v September the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine would visit Vinnytsia and Khmelnytsk regions with the working visits.
